Job Description:

Establish and manage daily administrative responsibilities of the company, including the hiring, training, assignment of duties, reviews, promotion, and firing of employees. Coordinate with centralized staffing office regarding contractor hiring requirements. Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, guaranteeing that they are completed on time and within budget. Establish objective key results, performance indicators and metrics among marketing and sales, to ensure that operations are aligned with business objectives. Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Responsible for compliance related activities and reporting. Assist with real estate analytics and reporting. Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation. Manage vendor, contractor, and landlord relations.

Requires a US Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance or a foreign equivalent degree. Must have the authority to work permanently in the U.S.
